Paul Allen Homes is about quality construction, low cost top operate, eco-friendly, affordable homes. Rex Paul Wilson created Albuquerque's first Green Path company because he wants people to be able to purchase energy efficient homes that are beautiful, comfortable and simply do not cost a lot. After a lifetime in development and building here in Albuquerque, Paul knew these needs were not being met. He says building energy efficient homes with minimal water use that are eco-friendly is, "just the right thing to do."

The homes are specially engineered to be as energy efficient as possible in our high desert climate. What makes them green here is different, in many ways, from what would be necessary in Michigan or New York, for example. In Albuquerque, Paul pays special attention to solar considerations, water use, native landscaping and local materials.

Paul waits on customers first-hand answering any questions they might have. He says it's important that home buyers understand his personal commitment to them. He is extremely passionate about the green building process as it represents a new way of life most people never thought they could afford. He says 'green' absolutely does not have to be a code word for 'expensive' any longer!

Every member of the Paul Allen Home's team is as committed to customer service as Paul himself. It is refreshing to encounter a group of people so excited about their work. Robert Lupton and Rich Murphy have been members of executive management teams for national and local builders. They both agree they've never  worked on anything quite like these amazing green built homes and never experienced the level of appreciation from customers. Sherri Repichowski assures the absolute lowest prices be passed on to home buyers for the highest quality of construction materials. She draws on decades of experience as Chief Financial Officer for several development and residential construction entities. PJ Doering keeps the process moving smoothly as Senior Project Coordinator.
